Like a previous commenter said, PCOS is &amp;quot;poly-cystic ovarian syndrome.&amp;quot;  And IUI stands for &amp;quot;intrauterine insemination.&amp;quot;  It&amp;#39;s a form of artificial insemination where the sperm are put straight into the uterus. My best friend has this, which is how I know it.
