To help you out, MFI stands for "male factor infertility." Meaning the issue lies with the man. Low sperm count, motility, whatever. Like a previous commenter said, PCOS is "poly-cystic ovarian syndrome." And IUI stands for "intrauterine insemination." It's a form of artificial insemination where the sperm are put straight into the uterus. Hope that helps!

The only one of those I know is PCOS - polycystic ovary syndrome, which is when the ovary develops cysts, which (I believe) make it hard to produce eggs and which has a negative impact on a woman's fertility. My best friend has this, which is how I know it. The other two...not sure.
